Location: Carmel, IN
Budget: $32k
Renovations: James Hardie Siding
Regular wear and tear and wood-pecker damage necessitated new siding for a Carmel homeowner. The customer wanted something that would rejuvenate his home and modernize the exterior, but still match the rest of the homes in his neighborhood. He consulted with other Carmel neighbors who had replaced their siding because they had also sustained damage from the pesky birds. His neighbors recommended JD Hostetter.
HardiePlank Lap Siding Transforms a Home Facade
Our experienced sales consultants met several times with the homeowner to review the scope, budget, and colors. As part of the process, we provided a Hover 3D of their home and then gave the customer samples along with the final consultation. He selected 7” HardiePlank Lap Siding from James Hardie’s Aspyre Collection.
The HardiePlank Lap Siding works well with a variety of Carmel-area home styles from traditional to modern. As with all James Hardie fiber cement siding, the Aspyre Collection is extremely durable (and woodpecker-damage resistant!). It is also low-maintenance, which enables homeowners to spend more time doing the things they love rather than on the upkeep of their home’s exterior.
What is truly exceptional about this James Hardie line is that it allows homeowners to work with our designers to mix and match and create a truly customized look. The Carmel resident chose the HardiePlank lap siding because it compliments the brick sections of his exterior. It is not surprising that the James Hardie lap siding is its most popular design. It looks fabulous on many different home facades.
Thwarted Woodpeckers and Thrilled Homeowner
The homeowner was thrilled with the overhaul. The new look was exactly what he was hoping for. He went on to refer us to more of his neighbors and we look forward to working with them!
